Hi, I’m Martin.

I’m an economist living in Paris.

I spent the last decade building economic models, analysing data and helping companies make better decisions.

Yet somehow, I never took investing seriously.

I thought the path was simple:

Study hard. Build a career. Climb the corporate ladder.

Wealth would follow naturally.

It didn’t.

My salary grew. My career progressed.

But I slowly realised that earning more and building wealth are related—but very different—skills.

Nobody had taught me the second one.

So, like many people, I started properly investitng much later than I wish I had.

This publication is an attempt to fix that—not just for myself, but for anyone else who feels they started late too.

Every Wednesday I publish practical, beginner-friendly deep dives into investing, personal finance and the lessons I wish someone had explained to me years earlier.

If that sounds useful, I’d love to have you along.

Martin
